Arthur has been employed at Maltbys since 1987 after initially training in agriculture. Arthur was promoted to become a Principal of the Company in 2001, and a Director of the company in April 2007.
Arthur qualified as a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ANZIQS) in 1995, and is now a registered quanitity surveyor (Reg.QS).
Arthurs expertise covers the full range of cost management services and specialises in estimating and cost planning, Client Representation, Contractual and Procurement Advice and Lender’s Certification.
Arthur has worked on a wide range of projects in New Zealand, latterly and significantly in the Education, Residential, Retail and Commercial sectors. A sample of recent projects for which Arthur has played an important role is listed below.
Outside of work, Arthur is a keen fisherman and runner. Arthur also coaches his son's soccer team.
