Jeff began his career as a cadet at Maltbys in 1978 and became a Director of the company in 2000. After a long tenure in the Auckland office he transferred to and has managed the Queenstown office since 1997.
Jeff qualified as a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNZIQS) in 1988.
Jeff’s expertise covers the full range of quantity surveying services but specializes in Client Representation, Estimating and Cost Planning, Contractual Advice and Development Funding Certification.
Jeff has worked on a wide range of projects, most recently in the Residential, Hotel/Tourism and Commercial sectors. A sample of recent projects for which Jeff has played an important role is listed below.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys boating, cycling, golf and rugby.
